Hungry at 9:15 pm. Just got into town. Hotel recommended Bento Box. Wow! The food was spot on- but the service- EXCEPTIONAL. Greeted by Sergio, who was also our server. Took such pride in his job- Excited to explain his recommendations and interact. It was refreshing to have this service nowadays. We will be back EVERYTIME we visit SAC. Thank you SERGIO! btw- The BENTO boxes live up to the hype (spicy honey chicken-wow!) and it was half-off rolls!

Bento is a great midtown staple where you know what you're getting. Service is quick and their rolls are affordable. Also, their wine pours are nice. Nice open space and a good bar.

Bento Box Midtown is a decent place for sushi and bento box combo. They have a wide selection of rolls/bento boxes/appetizers that you can choose from. For 2 people, 2 rolls plus another item is a good amount. I got the salad with sashimi and it tasted great. The rolls are affordable and tasted good. Service is fast and tentative. The place is bright and spacious.

Come on this is my go to sushi spot! Old faithful my tried and true place that never disappoints. The service and food is always on point and it's conveniently located in downtown. I do miss the precovid days when the place would be jam packed on the weekends with the dj at the top. Cest la vie

Craved some Japanese food on a weeknight and wanted to try a new spot - found ourselves at Bento Box. Vibe was young, energetic, and fun. Waitstaff, armed with their ipads were ready to take your order with a smile. Upon entering you'll see a sign that says "50% off all sushi rolls". I was excited until I saw that most rolls were $25-$29, of course they're half off! We tried a jalapeño bomb appetizer, forgot the name of the roll but it has jalapeño in it and bacon topping and was about $28 before the discount, and a tofu teriyaki bento box. Appetizer was aesthetic but overpriced. The roll was good but the bacon was not, the tofu was cooked agedashi style served with a teriyaki dipping sauce. Overall was pretty good - would come back to try other menu items.

Love coming to Bento Box because it's open late! ...and the sushi is great! It sometimes feels like it should be a club with the music they play but it keeps the vibe lively. The sushi is always 50% off but not when you order through a food delivery. We always get the Kilimanjaro roll and the Ninja roll but tonight we ventured off and got additional rolls.

We got caught in one of the big rain downpours that we had this winter right in front of Bento Box and took it as a sign to go in! During the storm (that was totally predicted, but we thought we could beat it) there weren't many people out and about so it wasn't very busy to be expected. There were a few groups of soaking wet patrons like ourselves. We were seated pretty quick and our waiter helped me pick out a flavored Soju so I appreciated that! We were able to order and the food came out altogether in about 10 minutes. We ordered ramen bowls and a roll to share. Everything was very good and we had a really good time! We did however have to head home with the storm going full-blast as it was here to stay for the night, so we really didn't want to leave :) We'll be back again when we're in the area.

Tasty, affordable, and convenient. This has been my go to Sushi spot for years. Just know that this is not super fancy, and the price reflects that. All rolls for dine in are 50% off! I used to love the crab wontons, but something has changed.... These don't taste as fresh any more. I hope they fix that! But they have a wide variety of rolls, apps, noodles, and bowls. We love their edamame! And a great full bar!
